Some thoughts on kitchen design:

I prescribe to no one particular style or solution in designing great kitchens. Each style evolves from the client. I encourage clients to talk about what they want the kitchen to feel like and how it should function. We look at lots of images to establish a character.

A kitchen should first and foremost be a functional and comfortable place to cook. Additionally most kitchens now have become social gathering places, so that can influence the layout, and relationship to other living spaces.

Lighting is very important, as well as the right materials and surfaces.
